This little buddy was craving some mama snuggles I think. He threw up at school yesterday about 10 minutes before I picked him up. He has been acting like his normal happy self since then, but vomit means 24 hours without school. Last day of a just-mama spring break foiled (along with all the cleaning I put off until today). But you know, as always, little reminders to slow down and enjoy the snuggly smiles of sweet #sawyerlukeallen. I get the hint, not taking them for granted today. The cleaning and my own agenda can wait. I’ll pick you any day, buddy.

The last time we walked this trail and sat on this bench, our hope was to walk our baby right out. Which apparently worked because sweet Sawyer was born the next morning. Now we walked with this big boy leading the way and enjoying the company and smiles of the littlest one. #thetwobrothersallen
